For holistic beauty & wellness inside-out, Svarasya recommends 20 minutes of Sun exposure between 6 AM to 8 PM However, for the Pitta hours (hours of harsh Sun) of the day between 9 AM to 4 PM, Svarasya recommends to wear NIVR liberally over sun-exposed body parts. NIVR seeps into the skin to provide barrier from harsh Sun rays during the required hours of the day. The cooling & whitening effect of NIVR makes you ready for being out in Sun without the fear of ill-effects of UVA & UVB rays.

Holistic Sun Protection also means caring for the body from within & consuming hydrating & sun-protecting foods for holistic sun protection inside-out. Anti-oxidant rich foods, lemon water, coconut water & ample water consumption are potent inside sun protecting techniques. Aim for a holistic sun care in its literal sense.

How it Works

• Jasmine - Known as 'Mallika' in Ayurveda, Jasmine holds a divine relevance as per Vedic rituals. As external beauty food, Jasmine cools & protects skin from harsh Sun.
• Clove - Known as 'Devakusuma' or flower of deities in Ayurveda, Cloves are know for their property to cool & calm Pitta (heated body tendency). As external beauty food, cloves provide anti-oxidants that reduce aging effects which happens due to Sun exposure.
• Cardamom - Known as 'Chandra' or coolant like a moon, Cardamom has a mention in the Vedic texts as supreme beauty healer. As external beauty food, Cardamom prevents sun-tan & improves complexion.

HOW TO USE

Take a small amount of NIVR & apply liberally over face & neck in upward strokes before sun exposure. To be used daily. Suitable for all skin types. For best results cleanse your face with Svarasya's 'Kiyomeru-The Ancient Facewash' before use. Use NIVR as often as required during the day for Sun protection.
